Project startup-log-mpu

Creates a startup log with MPU messages (and a few Canon messages).

io_trace_full branch with CONFIG_DEBUG_INTERCEPT_STARTUP=y and most other stuff (besides MPU messages) disabled.

1100D: only MPU messages are included (low memory).

Usage:

• start the camera;
• you have 20 seconds to perform some action (e.g. take a picture, open Canon menu, or whatever else you wish to investigate);
• once the LED stops blinking, you've got a log file on your card.

After getting the log, you may want to annotate it, to find out what each MPU message does.
